The continued safety of our customers, couriers and colleagues is of utmost importance to us. It is now more than ever, as we learn to live in a world of COVID-19 uncertainty, that we need to look after one another and put both health and safety first.

We want to take this opportunity to assure you that we’re very much open for business and are continuing to take steps to ensure the health and safety of our team and our clients. Our aim remains the same – to offer you the best delivery service possible.

We are back to near normal capacity, whilst we are still experiencing the same challenges as most businesses with colleague resource levels, the BCCP team are working hard across the country to offer the delivery services that play a crucial role in local communities.

Many of our telephone booking staff our working safely from home. As a result you may hear some familiar everyday background noises when calling. We thank you for your continued patience and considerate approach towards our staff.

Since 18th March, we have implemented a ‘contact-free’ delivery process across our network. This means that our couriers will collect and deliver without requiring your signature on their device providing clients give their full name upon collection and delivery.
